Basic Forwarding
 

To use Basic Forwarding please follow these steps...


1. Open the account and go to the Service Features tab

2. Click the Incoming Calls Link and set the Forward Mode to Forward to CLD

3. Set the Default Answering Mode as needed

4. Go to the Forward tab and input your forward settings

    a. CLD: Destination

    b. Timeout: How long to forward for

    c. For additional settings refer to Help Link

5. Click Save
