Call Forwarding from device Print

To enable call forwarding from your device please follow these steps provided bellow.

1. Go to the subcustomer you would like to work with.

2. Click on the Dialing Rules tab

3. In the "Exceptions Block" input (,*31) With no spaces.

4. Save and Close

Once the following steps above have been completed please continue with the steps bellow.

1. Dial *31 from you device

2. Enter your password. (By default it is 777#)

3. When listening to the options select option 3.

4. After selecting option 3, choose which forwarding mode you would prefer.(Recommended is Forward All Mode" Option 3")

5. When prompted please input the number you would like to forward to.6. When complete press pound to save.
