Configuring Paging/Intercom
 

To enable Paging/Intercom you have to do the following.  This feature requires a phone that supports Auto Answer.

  1. Open the Customer record and go the Service Features tab.
  2. Under Voice Calls go to Outgoing Calls.
  3. Change the dropdown for Paging/Intercom to "Yes"
  4. Set the Paging/Intercom Prefix to *66
  5. Click "Save" or "Save & Close".

This will enable paging for the Customer.  To make a paging call dial *66 and the extension.
