Call Parking
 

Call parking allows users to put a conversation on hold and then resume it from a different IP phone

Turning on Call Parking for your Customer.

1. Open the Customer and click the "Service Features" tab

2. Set "Call Parking" to "Yes" then provide a Park prefix (000)and Release Prefix (999)

3. Click "Save"

 

To place a call in park.

1. On an active call, transfer (attended transfer) the call to Park prefix (000)

2. The system will read you back the release code (9991)

3. On another phone just dial the release code 9991 and that call is now active again.
