The DID will be the number used to access the voicemail system. With this number the user can call from a cell or landline and the call will be forward to *97 giving the user access to the voicemail system. For the account to access the voicemail system, please go to the Service Features tab and Enable "Manage UM Account". Set the forward mode to "Simple Forwarding". Change the default answering mode to "Froward Only" and click Save. Lastly, a Forward tab should now be available, in the "Forward To" enter *97 and set the "Timeout, sec *" to "120" (seconds) and click Save. Now calling the account will allow the user to check an extension's voicemail from a cell or landline.  Service Features Tab
