Selective Call Processing
 

Selective Call Processing (SCP) allows a User to route calls based on From, To and Time of Day.


For a detailed explanation of the features individual fields and settings please click "Help" located on the top right while viewing the Account Info page and find "Call Processing Tab" within the Help window.


How to use Selective Call Processing (SCP):
1. Enable SCP 

a. Open an account you want to enable SCP for and click the Service Features tab 

b. Selecting Incoming Calls under the Service Type and check Call Processing. 

c. Click Save and a new Call Processing tab will appear.

2. Setup SCP 

a. Create a "From" list   

i. Click the Call Processing Tab then the “From” link.   

ii. Click Add, set a name for the list (ex "Blocked") then click Save.   

iii. Click Add again, enter a phone number then click Save.   

iv. Repeat as need to enter multiple phone numbers.   

v. Click Save and Close when done adding numbers to the list.   

vi. Click Close to return to the Account Info page.

b. Optional - Create a “To” list.   

i. This is only needed if you have Alias DIDs and want to apply SCP rules to certain DIDs.

c. Optional - Create a “Time Window”   

i. If you would like the SCP rule to route calls based on time of day or day of week create the time frame window here.
