We will use the Call Process feature to create a backlist to block unwanted callers.
Web Self-care
Creating a Blacklist from the Web Self-care interface can only be done from the Old or Previous Web Self-care version by doing the following:
- Call Processing needs to be EnabledÂ

- This can only be done by the administrator.
- See steps 1-4 for Enable Call Processing.
- Go to Account Options IconÂ
 by going to the first icon right of the home icon.
- When the dropdown menu appears go to "Account Info".
- See steps 1-15 for Create Call Processing Rule.

Enable Call Processing
First, start off by going to the account where the blacklst is going to be used.
- Go to the Service Features tab.
- Go to Voice Calls --> Incoming Calls from leftside.
- Click the Call Processing Enable checkbox.
- Click Save.

Create Call Processing Rule
- Go to the Call Processing tab.
- Click on "From" link.

- Click on Add.

- Enter in a name for the Rule, in this case we will call the rule "Blacklist".
- Click Save.

- Enter in the number that is going to be rejected or blacklisted (Example:Â 18005551234).Â
- Click the disk iconÂ
 to Save the number.

- Make a second entry without the leading "1" (Example:Â 8005551234). You can also edit the entry by clicking the edit iconÂ
.
- Click Close.

- Click Close again to return to the Call Processing tab.

- Once returned to the Call Processing tab, click on Add from the top left.
- Select Blacklist from the From dropdown menu option.
- Select Reject in the Action dropdown menu option.
- Click the Save iconÂ

- Click Save at the top left.

If you follow the rule, it will do the following:
A call From: Blacklist, To: ANYWHERE, at Time Window: ANYTIME, will result in Action: Reject.
