Voicemail greetings can be uploaded through the web interface. When uploading audio files, please upload one of the following supported audio file types.

Uploading File Types
Go to the account that is going to have the voicemail greeting uploaded.
- Go to the Service Features tab.
- Select Voice Calls
- Select Incoming Calls
- Manage UM Account
- From the INBOX window, go to the third icon in the top left.
- Hover to show the menu and select UM Preferences.
- Accept the Java notification
- Click Run.
- Select the Greetings tab.
- Set the greeting option to Personal.
- Press the "choose file" button and select the audio file being used for the greeting.
- Press Save or Save & Close.

If the Java notification was accepted, the audio file can be listened to by pressing the Play button. It will be green once the file has been uploaded.
