Our system has a default audio track that is used for Music On Hold or MoH. If you would like to change the track for a different one, please follow these steps:
- Go Service Features
- Select Voice Calls
- Change the Music on Hold option to Upload New Music
- Click the Choose File button and select the file to upload
- Assign a name to the file or audio track.
- Click Save or Save & Close.
Please note there are no volume settings. The system will play the audio file as-is.
