Dial Directory - Dial By Name Directory הדפסה

Dial Directory is an option that can be added an Auto Attendant. To set up a Dial Directory or Dial by Name Directory, use the following steps.

1. Go to Service Features
2. Go to Voice Calls
3. Go to Incoming Calls
4. Go to Manage UM Account.
5. Go to the last Icon in the blue area for dropdown options.
6. Go to Dial Directory.
7. Click Add to add a new entry to the Dial Directory.
8. Enter an abbriviated number.
9. Enter the number to dial.
10. Enter the user's last name (if you want to use the user's first name, upload a custom recording with instructions to use the first the letters of the user's first name).
11. If you would like to upload a custom recording, please select custom and click "choose file" to upload the auido file.
12. If you choose not to annouce the abbriviated number, check the "Do Not Announce Abbreviated #" to enable.
13. Click Save or Save & Close.
