Group Pickup / Call Pickup
 

Group Pickup is the ability to answer a call from a different phone that isn't ringing.

Enable Feture:

  1. In the Customer Record, go to Service Features tab.
  2. Go to Voice Calls
  3. Go to Incoming Calls
  4. Change Group Pickup from No to Yes and enter in feature code (*60).
  5. Lastly, click Save or Save & Close

Use Feature:

On an incoming call to another extension dial; *60# or *60 with the extension number, for example extenion number 200 rings, then use: *60200# to pick up that call.
