Issue:

When setting up an inbound route to an extension using unconditional call forwarding to an external number, there is no audio (inbound or outbound).

Workaround:

Create an inbound route to an IVR and have the user select an option that then transfers the call to the extension with the unconditional call forwarding. This has been test and there was two-way audio.
