How-to Steps | Polycom IP450 Factory Reset

1. Reboot or power on the phone.

2. Press cancel on the softkey. 

3. Wait for the countdown and hold 1,3,5,and 7.

4. Enter the password at the prompt. Use the phone's MAC address.

• Use the first softkey to select letters and numbers. use lower case letters when entering the MAC address.
• For letters, press the number key as needed. Press 2 once for a. Press 2 twice for b. Press 2 thrice for c.
• Once the MAC address has been entered. Press "OK" and the phone will reboot.
