QuickBooks Invoice Export

***Note: If you don't see a seach box above please make sure to log into your reseller partition then refresh this page.***

Follow these steps to use our QuickBooks Invoice Export tool.

  1. Select a ‘From’ and ‘To’ date range. Invoices within this range will be included in the report
  2. Select ‘All Customers’ or choose a single customer
  3. Click ‘Download’

You'll now download a QuickBooks format ‘.iif’ file ready for you to import. This will provide debit transactions to offset payments that you apply against your QuickBooks customer records. For example checks and credit card transactions. Also note that partners using Authorize.net can use their portal to download individual credit card transactions.

Please note: Depending on your browser settings you will either download a QuickBooks format ‘.iif’ file as indicated above or your screen will reload with the report data. If the latter occurs please try using a different browser. Remember to log in first since your session will not likely be cached. If it continues to happen you will need to copy and paste the report data into a text file then ‘save as’ with ‘.iff’ at the end of the file name.
